Great stay with friendly services

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made me feel right at home. I especially appreciated the complimentary cookies and clean facilities. However, the elevator was a bit finicky, which could use some improvement.

This hotel meets all my needs perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. During my first visit, the staff graciously accommodated my late check-out. I highly recommend staying here. I’m coming back for Christmas!

Had an amazing time with my friends! We visited the Art Institute and caught a Bulls game. The hotel is clean, with comfy beds and fluffy towels. The staff were super friendly, and we loved the complimentary cookies and popcorn in the lobby! Definitely a great stay.

However, we did experience some issues with the elevator during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

the attendant was rude when we tried to sort our meal situation. The room was comfortable, but the food hygiene concerns after witnessing the staff emptying bins without proper care left a bad impression.

Loved my stay here! The heated indoor pool was fantastic after a long day, and I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi. Just a heads up, the breakfast wasn't the best, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Had a comfortable stay with roomy family areas, and the pool was nice, but the air conditioning was inconsistent and made it a bit stuffy at times. Not great for sleep!

The elevators were out of service, leading to quite the trek up and down the stairs—especially tough with heavy luggage. Rooms felt dated, with some noticing old decor and furnishings that detracted from comfort. Notably, breakfast choices were limited and not very warm, lacking options and variety.
